Unopened bottles, unburned candles and unused soap in original wrap may come back within 14 days of delivery with authorisation. Opened wash, oil, mist, salts and burned candles cannot be returned for hygiene.

Transit leaks or breakage: photograph the parcel the day it arrives. Authorised returns ship to ROOM 1038, 10/F, LIVEN HOUSE, 61-63 KING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG. Faulty goods: we pay freight. Change of mind: you pay freight. Refunds after inspection, usually 10 working days.
